SMBC Group is seeking a Cash Management Business Analyst at Associate level in New York, NY. This role supports digital transformation of Corporate Cash Management and Transaction Banking applications.

The analyst will work with cross-functional agile teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, produce user stories, and contribute to product analytics while ensuring compliance and alignment with banking standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in business analysis or related field within financial services.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams including product owners, developers, and UX designers.
• Translate client and business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Conduct industry and competitive research to inform product recommendations.
• Provide updates to the Agile Release Train and leadership on milestones and dependencies.
• Leverage internal and external data to extract actionable insights for clients.
• Coordinate with QA and UAT teams to ensure product reliability and alignment with requirements.
