Zusammenfassung

SMBC is seeking a Product Manager for Transaction Banking delivery in the Americas. You will support cash management products, respond to client queries, and help develop, test, and implement new features across the cash management suite.

You will monitor activity, craft metrics, and report to Senior Management in the Americas and to Head Office in Tokyo. Strong business analysis, SDLC knowledge, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years minimum in Financial Services industry.
• Knowledge of transaction banking, cash management, and/or payment processing.
• Ability to analyze large data and prepare reporting for inform decision making.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience documenting business requirements and coordinating with Technology partners.

Aufgaben

• Support cash management products and services offered by SMBC AD and GTBD AD.
• Respond to day-to-day queries from clients, GTBD team members, vendors, and partners.
• Develop, test and implement new product features for cash management suite.
• Monitor transaction activity, capture metrics, and prepare reporting for Senior Management in the Americas and Head Office (Tokyo).
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and stay current on industry and regulatory developments.
