Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT) is seeking a Case Research Analyst in Medford, MA. The role focuses on identifying and representing relevant legal matters in our case database, ensuring accurate data extraction and preparation for downstream processing to recover funds for clients.

You will follow defined processes to identify cases, ensure no cases are missed, and help automate research and tracking systems while maintaining auditable work.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in online research; exposure to legal research is a plus
• Extremely detail oriented; double-check work to ensure accuracy

• Identify and represent relevant legal matters in the case database
• Extract and interpret case data from legal documents
• Apply standard analysis models to data for setup of case processing
• Make research processes auditable and improve automation where possible
