Job summary

Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT) seeks a Senior Analyst for the Case Research team in Medford, MA. You will identify and document relevant legal matters, follow defined processes for domestic claims, and ensure no cases are missed while driving improvements and automation in our research workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of online research experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel, SQL, and database concepts.

Qualifications

Experienced - 3+ years - in conducting (mostly online) research (exposure to legal research is a plus!).
Extremely detail oriented – you regularly double-check your work.
Engaged in their work, even in repetitive tasks.
Can see the forest for the trees and connect to the bigger picture.
Fast learner with ability to impact quickly on a team.
Adheres to established processes while keeping a creative edge.
Comfortable with Excel, SQL, and database concepts.

Responsibilities

Identify and represent relevant legal matters in our case database with accuracy.
Follow defined processes for domestic claim filing and antitrust products.
Ensure no cases are missed and stay updated on new developments.
Identify process improvements and opportunities to increase automation.
Make work auditable and ensure compliance with our methods.
Analyze case data using standard models to set up future processing.
