Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Case Management Software Specialist for a hybrid role based in Indianapolis. You will configure CaseWorthy, manage workflows, train users, and partner with IT and program teams to improve system performance and data-driven decisions.

The role reports to the Director of Development and Integration. A focus on data integrity, reporting, and process improvements will drive organizational efficiency while supporting mission-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IS/Business Admin or related field.
• Experience configuring and supporting case management systems.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and train users.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CaseWorthy including user roles, security, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide user training and technical support to program teams.
• Generate and analyze reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with program managers and IT for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and coordinate with vendors as needed.
