Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking an IT Case Management Software Specialist in a hybrid role based at the Indianapolis corporate office. The primary administrator will configure and support CaseWorthy, manage workflows, and develop reports to empower program leaders and IT teams.

Responsibilities include training, troubleshooting, data integrity, and system optimization. This role reports to the Director of Development and Integration and requires close collaboration with vendors and program

Qualifications

• Experience managing, configuring, or supporting case management software platforms
• Strong ability to configure workflows and troubleshoot
• Ability to train users and gather requirements
• Experience with Google Workspace and MS Office
• Experience leading IT projects

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure case management platform independently, including user roles, security settings, workflows, and system integrations with other software.
• Ensure smooth system performance, uptime, and functionality through regular monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for case management users, providing ongoing training, technical assistance, and resources to ensure effective system use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruption to program operations.
• Generate, customize, and analyze reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data collection within the system aligns with organizational goals and meets reporting requirements.
