Job summary

Net Community Care, a division of Northeast Treatment Services, seeks a Case Manager Supervisor to lead and support a team of case managers. The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and professional development to improve services for children, youth, and families.

The supervisor ensures compliance with NCC policies and regulations, while maintaining unit operations and financial stewardship to meet program goals and fiscal guidelines. Reports to the CUA Case Management Director.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: At least three years of supervisory experience in social work, preferably within child welfare.
• At least three years of direct social work experience, including at least one year at a full-performance level in child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of case managers to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with NCC policies and city, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain operational and financial responsibility for the unit.
