Qualifications

• Prior experience as a staffing coordinator, home-care scheduler, or recruiter (healthcare a plus).
• Tech-savvy with scheduling software and MS 365.
• Strong organization to juggle competing priorities.
• Warm, professional communication that builds trust with families and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Coordinator to Recruit & Hire Top Talent: write ads, screen candidates, interview, verify references.
• Lead upbeat orientations that set caregivers up for success from day one.
• Smart Scheduling & Coverage: match clients with skill- and personality-fit caregivers; maintain real-time on-call roster.
• Caregiver Support & Compliance: check in on field staff, resolve concerns, ensure policies; stay ahead of deadlines.
