Job summary

Comfort Keepers group is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Marietta, GA to recruit and schedule caregivers. The role supports our People-First Agency with hybrid work options after training and a focus on building reliable coverage for clients.

You will assist HR, screen candidates, conduct orientations, and ensure timely communication across families and field teams, maintaining audit-ready records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruiting and scheduling in home-care or healthcare.
• Ability to screen candidates, conduct interviews, and verify references.
• Strong organization to manage real-time on-call coverage.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and client confidentiality.

What You’ll Own

• Assist HR Coordinator to Recruit & Hire Top Talent
  
  • Write SEO-friendly job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and verify references.
  • Lead upbeat orientations that set caregivers up for success from day one.
    
• Smart Scheduling & Coverage
  
  • Match clients with skill- and personality-fit caregivers in our cloud-based platform.
  • Keep a real-time roster of on-call/backup staff to fill last-minute needs—no shift left uncovered.
    
• Caregiver Support & Compliance
  
  • Check in on field staff, resolve concerns, and ensure policies are followed; implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Work with the Care Managers to stay ahead of licensure, TB, and in-service deadlines.
    
• Communication Hub
  
  • Provide schedule updates to caregivers, clients, and managers with a calm, customer-service mindset.
  • Document changes and maintain audit-ready records.
    

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience as an in-home care caregiver,staffing coordinator, home-care scheduler, or recruiter (healthcare a plus).
• CNA or similar active license.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365 and scheduling software (WellSky, ClearCare, AlayaCare, or similar). We use Viv.
• Eagle-eye organization and the agility to juggle competing priorities.
• Warm, professional communication that builds trust with families and field teams.
• High school diploma/GED required; additional coursework in HR or healthcare admin preferred.
