You will collaborate with the clinical team to align care plans with client needs, maintain accurate case logs, and generate routine reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling and calendar management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Administrative experience handling competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling process to match caregivers with clients based on skills and needs.
• Collaborate with clients and families to arrange replacement caregivers as needed.
• Work with the Director of Case Management to maintain continuity during emergencies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain open communication with clients and families regarding scheduling changes.
