The role coordinates program operations, supports instructors and students, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

Formación

• 2-3 years experience providing administrative or program coordination support, preferably in higher education.
• Ability to independently prioritize, organize, and manage workflow to meet deadlines while adapting to changing demands and interruptions.
• Adaptability to changing priorities, frequent interruptions, and dynamic work environments.
• Strong decision-making and sound judgment with escalation of issues when needed.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• Organizational and analytical skills including data gathering and trend analysis.
• Ability to evaluate alternatives and develop effective recommendations.
• Exceptional customer service with a responsive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Financial, budgeting, and quantitative skills for expense monitoring and financial analysis.
• Experience coordinating academic or continuing education programs; proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LMS platforms, and new technologies.
