UCLA Extension (UCLAx) in Los Angeles seeks a Director of Strategic Academic Partnerships to shape and lead the division's partnership strategy, driving growth, innovation, and impact.

You will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, lead the development of new academic programs and services, and collaborate with senior leaders across Academic Affairs, External Affairs, Business & Financial Services, and Marketing to advance UCLAx's mission and expand its reach.

• 7 years minimum leadership experience in higher education or related setting.
• Deep knowledge of business development concepts in continuing education and partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with strategic thinking.
