Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Career Opportunities & Alumni Coordinator to support the firm’s Career Opportunities and Alumni program. The role partners across Marketing, Communications, Business Development, and Talent Development to manage external career opportunities, alumni engagements, data, and communications.

Based in one of several US offices, this hybrid position requires attention to detail, strong writing and project coordination, and comfort with technology and AI tools to improve program

Qualifications

Two years of experience in a law firm or similar environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; basic HTML skills preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking tools.
Coordinate alumni engagement programs and events.
Support communications and newsletters for Career Opportunities and Alumni.
Assist with content on intranet and Fusion pages.
Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
