The role collaborates across Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Talent Development, and leadership to drive strategic objectives and manage the external career opportunities platform for lawyers.

The position is hybrid, can sit in multiple offices (Houston, San Diego, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Dallas) with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in a law firm, professional services firm, or similar environment.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update candidate database with key information.
• Manage notes and activity records from meetings and outreach.
• Maintain tracking tools, reporting resources, and success metrics.
