Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a proactive Career Opportunities & Alumni Coordinator to support the firm’s Talent Development and Alumni initiatives. You will collaborate across Marketing, Communications, Business Development, and leadership to advance strategic objectives and engagement.

You will manage the external career platform for lawyers, coordinate alumni events, maintain data, and streamline workflows to connect talent, opportunities, and relationships across the firm’s network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; basic HTML skills preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Career Opportunities team's candidate database.
• Update shared notes and activity records after meetings and outreach.
• Maintain Career Opportunities tracking tools and reporting resources, including success metrics.
• Track attorney transitions and placements.
• Support administration of the Career Opportunities Board and outreach.
• Coordinate alumni engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist with alumni data management and communications.
