DLA Piper seeks a Career Opportunities & Alumni Coordinator to support the firm’s strategic Career Opportunities and Alumni programs. The role partners across Marketing, Communications, Business Development, and Talent Development to drive objectives and internal collaboration.

The Coordinator assists in managing the external career opportunities platform, coordinating alumni engagement, and maintaining program data and outreach workflows across the firm’s network.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Strong writing and proofreading abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update the candidate database and records.
• Manage notes and activity records after meetings and outreach.
• Maintain tracking tools, reporting resources, and metrics.
• Track attorney transitions to internal opportunities.
• Support Career Opportunities Board posting and outreach.
• Coordinate alumni engagement events and communications.
• Assist with alumni data management and content updates.
• Update intranet and Fusion content, validate links.
• Develop and distribute communications and newsletters.
• Provide admin and project support for initiatives.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager, Talent Integration, and WIN program.
