DLA Piper seeks an energized Career Opportunities & Alumni Coordinator to support the firm’s Career Opportunities and Alumni programs. You will work across Marketing, Communications, BD, and Talent Development to drive strategy and ensure successful engagement with alumni and candidates.

The role involves managing the external career platform, coordinating events, maintaining data, and improving processes with AI-enabled tools. Hybrid work is available across multiple offices including Chicago.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and AI tool usage is a plus.

• Maintain and update the Career Opportunities team’s candidate database and outreach records.
• Coordinate alumni engagement activities, events, and communications.
• Support reporting, metrics, and data integrity for the program.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Business Development and Talent Development teams.
