Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Career Opportunities & Alumni Coordinator to support the firm’s career opportunities and alumni programs across multiple offices, including Houston. You will partner with Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Talent Development and leadership to achieve strategic goals.

The role focuses on managing external platform content, alumni engagement, data integrity, and operational workflows to connect talent with opportunities and strengthen the firm’s network.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience coordinating Career Opportunities and Alumni programs or related platforms.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Communications, Business Development and Talent teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update candidate database and activity records.
• Manage career opportunities and alumni communications and events.
• Track transitions and placements within the firm and external opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of alumni engagement initiatives and events.
• Develop and distribute Career Opportunities and Alumni communications materials.
• Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve program efficiency and reporting.
