• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and student support skills.

• Experience engaging students from diverse backgrounds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide career coaching and guidance to students and alumni.
• Coordinate non-apprenticeship Academic-Based Work-Based Learning opportunities.
• Support participation, readiness requirements, and pathway navigation.
• Engage employers and campus partners to promote WBL experiences.
• Maintain records and support outcomes tracking.
