Job summary

You will partner with faculty, schools, employers and community leaders to expand CTE and work-based learning, provide career coaching, administer assessments, and help students navigate enrollment and placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of experience in career development, recruitment, or related work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities supporting student career needs in CTE.
• Lead career coaching sessions in-person and virtual.
• Facilitate workshops in classrooms and community settings.
• Administer and interpret career assessments and engagement tools.
• Develop inclusive outreach with students, faculty, and employers.
• Maintain FERPA-compliant student records and collaborate with stakeholders.
