Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead strategic account plans and drive portfolio performance across hospital and health-system settings in the Atlanta area. You will collaborate with field teams and medical science liaisons to optimize access and utilization of Amgen CV products.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare sales or related account management with strong relationship-building and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 2+ years of sales/account management experience.
Master’s degree and 4+ years of sales/account management experience.
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of sales/account management experience.
3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience strongly preferred.
Advanced degree (e.g. MPH, MBA, PharmD) preferred.
7+ years of healthcare sales and/or marketing experience or related experience in buying processes and decision making.
Cardiology experience including dyslipidemia, heart failure and acute coronary syndromes preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose the business environment in assigned accounts and plan actions for success.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers across hospitals, clinics, and health systems.
Lead account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and ensure compliant, data-driven promotion.
