Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks a Cardiac Device Technician to manage remote transmissions for pacemakers, ICDs, and ILRs in a hybrid clinic setting at 32 Fruit Street. You will work with physicians, NP/PA, and staff to ensure accurate device analyses and timely follow-ups.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to patient care, with certifications in BLS and ACLS within the first year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering strongly preferred.
• Full Cardiac Device Educational Program or EP experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing remote device transmissions strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS within the first year.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily review and documentation of remote transmissions.
• Coordinate with physicians/NPs for device status and follow-up.
• Educate patients on remote monitoring and follow-up protocol.
• Triaging reports and scheduling device clinic visits.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and reliability.
