Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Capital Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, analyze, and report integrated schedules for large-scale midstream and refining projects.

You will work with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, contractors, and project controls to ensure timely planning and forecast completion. The role requires strong analytical capability, CPM scheduling expertise, and the ability to communicate schedule impacts and recovery options to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of project scheduling experience for capital projects.
• 5+ years with Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Experience with refining/midstream facilities, pipelines, terminals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed resource loaded schedules using Primavera P6.
• Build integrated Level 1 through Level 4 schedules for major capital projects.
• Develop EPC, Commissioning, and Startup schedules.
• Create and maintain schedule coding structures, calendars, and activity attributes.
• Facilitate schedule development workshops with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to identify milestones.
• Validate logic relationships, critical path, float, and schedule health metrics.
• Develop recovery schedules and mitigation plans for variances.
• Monitor schedule contingency consumption and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate contractor schedule submissions and verify progress.
• Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports for project leadership.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive summaries.
• Present schedule status, risks, opportunities, and recovery recommendations.
• Support earned value management reporting where applicable.
• Risk & Change Management: participate in risk assessments and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Interface with owners, EPC contractors, vendors, and field teams.
