Job summary

Yosemite Conservancy is seeking a Campaign Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead the Centennial Campaign, coordinating volunteers, staff, and committees to drive fundraising, prepares materials, and tracks gifts and pledges.

You’ll partner with fundraisers and leadership across the Conservancy and in Yosemite National Park, helping to plan cultivation and solicitation strategies and manage donor recognition and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work exp.
• 3–5 years nonprofit fundraising experience preferred.
• Strong communication and donor-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Centennial Campaign plan, priorities and timetable.
• Prepare briefing materials, donor communications, and pledge agreements.
• Support solicitors with engagement plans and campaign materials.
• Lead campaign committee meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up.
• Research major gift prospects and prepare briefing reports.
• Collaborate with marketing on internal/external campaign communications.
