Job summary

Yosemite Conservancy seeks a Campaign Manager to lead the Centennial Campaign, coordinating with volunteers and staff, preparing briefing materials and gift acknowledgments, and overseeing campaign communications and records.

You will partner with fundraisers and leadership to craft cultivation plans, manage donor moves, and ensure ethical compliance. Some travel to Yosemite and California locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to Yosemite Conservancy’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Centennial Campaign plan, priorities and timetable.
• Coordinate donor engagement plans with volunteers and staff.
• Prepare campaign materials, briefings and acknowledgement of gifts.
• Track fundraising moves and reporting using Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Plan events with Senior Events Manager and NPS partners.
• Monitor campaign progress with monthly reports and compliance with policies.
