Job summary

Yosemite Conservancy seeks a Campaign Manager to drive the Centennial Campaign in partnership with staff, volunteers and park leadership. You will coordinate plans, moves, and communications, and oversee donor recognition and tours to support major gifts.

Reporting to the Regional Philanthropy Director, you’ll lead meetings, prepare briefs, and collaborate with fundraisers and volunteers across California and the U.S. This full-time role requires evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of professional nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage the overall campaign plan, priorities and timetable.
• Track donor moves and assignments using Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Provide materials and pledge agreements to fundraisers and alert on gifts.
• Collaborate on donor engagement plans with volunteers and staff.
• Lead campaign meetings and manage committees, with notices and minutes.
• Research major gift prospects and prepare profiles and briefs.
• Coordinate campaign communications with marketing teams.
• Plan volunteer orientation and training for the campaign.
• Monitor progress with monthly reports to leaders.
• Oversee donor recognition and pledges, ensure compliance with policy.
• Plan donor tours with NPS partners and coordinate events.
• Ensure campaign expenses are tracked and comply with ethics rules.
