Connections for Children is seeking a qualified program specialist to support enrollment, case management, and client services in a hybrid work setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Stage 1 regulations, with a focus on diverse communities.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of social services experience, plus strong interpersonal and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Formación

• Three (3) years of equivalent related work experience in Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible and collaborative.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in enrollment, recertification and termination of clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and process documentation.
• Provide information and support on child care options.
• Maintain client files and ensure regulatory compliance for audits.
• Manage caseload and client records with confidentiality.
• Represent the agency with professionalism in all interactions.
• Provide backup to Subsidized Programs Department and attend staff events.
