The position is full-time with training 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and general hours Mon–Fri with some evenings; bilingual skills are a plus and prior financial experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual preferred to support diverse member interactions.
• Previous experience with a financial institution, call center, or customer service role preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Handle a high volume of inbound telephone inquiries.
• Process financial transactions for members (withdrawals, loan payments, transfers).
• Inform members about products and services offered by Suncoast Credit Union.
• Demonstrate patience and maintain a helpful, professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Determine membership eligibility.
• Research and resolve member concerns promptly and accurately.
• Perform account maintenance, data entry, and corrections as needed.
• Monitor calls waiting and adhere to center requirements.
