The candidate should be self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks with confidentiality and professionalism. Hybrid option available after 3-6 months of strong performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual ability may be required in some locations.
• Experience in financial institution, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound telephone inquiries.
• Process financial transactions such as withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Inform members about products and services.
• Demonstrate patience and maintain a pleasant tone.
• Determine membership eligibility.
• Research and resolve member concerns.
• Perform account maintenance, data entry, and corrections.
• Maintain awareness of calls waiting and adapt to requirements.
• Attend educational events to increase knowledge.
• Complete annual BSA/AML and FACT Act Red Flag training.
