Job summary

Suncoast Credit Union is seeking a Remote Call Center Financial Representative to deliver high-quality member service. This full-time role handles inbound inquiries, processes transactions, and promotes Suncoast products from a remote setting with a potential hybrid arrangement after 3–6 months.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team within fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency may be required in some locations.
• Previous financial institution, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities
• Accurate, detail-oriented, organized with task management.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to work fluctuating shifts including early morning or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound telephone inquiries.
• Process withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers between accounts.
• Inform members about Suncoast Credit Union products and services.
• Demonstrate patience and maintain a professional, courteous tone.
• Determine membership eligibility.
• Research and resolve member concerns.
• Perform account maintenance and data entry.
• Maintain awareness of calls waiting and respond promptly.
• Attend educational events to grow knowledge.
• Complete annual BSA/AML compliance training.
• Complete FACT Act Red Flag training.
