Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Deliverables Coordinator to lead production of electronic deliverables for complex projects. You will coordinate schedules, QA/QC, and CAD standards while supporting designers and interfacing with clients.

Ideal candidates have AutoCAD and Revit expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. This role offers hybrid work across multiple US offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in design coordination, project support, permitting, architecture, engineering, construction, planning, or related field.
• Strong capabilities in customer relationship systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Design Software AutoCAD and Revit; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of electronic deliverables.
• Monitor and manage proposal schedules and performance metrics.
• Prepare drawing packages and perform QA/QC; manage CAD standards.
• Interact with clients on CAD-related issues and provide CAD support to designers.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to deliver compliant solutions.
