The role supports purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier coordination for a performance products company. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in purchasing or supply chain, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and excellent organization and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing, buying, inventory planning, or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities while communicating proactively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and invoices with accurate purchasing records.
• Review inventory levels and execute replenishment activities.
• Maintain vendor communications and develop strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure transactions are processed accurately.
• Support forecasting and inventory planning efforts.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams regarding shipments and material availability.
• Resolve purchasing discrepancies and supply issues while identifying process improvement opportunities.
