Compensation:

$130,000 annually

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Sr Financial Systems Analyst:

• Support and maintain financial technology platforms that enable accounting operations, reporting activities, and period end close processes.
• Oversee system configuration, administration, data integrity, and user support across enterprise financial applications and integrated solutions.
• Analyze and resolve application issues, process interruptions, and reporting discrepancies while coordinating enhancements and continuous improvement efforts.
• Facilitate collaboration between finance and business stakeholders to identify operational efficiencies, strengthen controls, and improve standardized processes.
• Deliver support for strategic initiatives including system implementations, business integrations, process automation projects, and organizational change efforts.

Qualifications and Skills for the Sr Financial Systems Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced education is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning platforms, including strong knowledge of financial accounting functionality and reporting processes.
• Hands on administration experience with account reconciliation and financial close management systems, including workflow oversight and user support.
• Understanding of journal entry processing, account reconciliation activities, financial controls, master data management, and system integrations.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP, or relevant enterprise system credentials are considered advantageous.
