Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
• Experience gathering requirements and partnering with stakeholders to support development.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, Excel, or reporting tools.
• Experience with FileMaker, low-code platforms, or business application configuration preferred.
• Experience in real estate, financial services, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of FileMaker applications across business solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, engineering, and stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Support development, testing, and maintenance of system integrations (Azure SQL, iManage, APIs).
• Assist with testing, release validation, troubleshooting, and post-release support.
• Create and maintain process and system documentation and user materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and performance.
