Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid role with 3 days in office. You will design, configure, and review data flows, write SQL reports, and test systems while collaborating with DTS and business teams to implement durable improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in requirements/analysis, strong SQL, and experience guiding analytics projects in healthcare settings. Relocation is not required, but commutable distance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; healthcare experience may substitute
• 3+ years in requirements definition, analysis, process modeling, or testing
• Experience in a supported business area required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Accountable for functional system design, configuration, and review of specifications and data flows
• Write and execute ad-hoc SQL reports and data scripts
• Conduct unit, UAT, end-to-end, and regression testing; perform QA and issue resolution
• Serve as liaison between business areas and DTS; communicate system changes to staff
• Review, analyze, and resolve sustainment issues; recommend process/tech improvements
• Mentor and develop Business Analysts and support adoption of new technologies (e.g., Talend, Tableau, APIs)
