Qualifications

• Insurance and prior Business Analyst experience preferred.
• MS SQL experience (queries, functions, reports) is a plus.
• Experience performing UAT, Regression/Stress testing for system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between client team, business, and IT for system enhancements and online tools.
• Develops requirements using formal methodologies and communicates to stakeholders.
• Creates and analyzes SQL-based reports for distribution.
• Tests and validates system enhancements, server moves, production issues, and connectivity issues.
• Supports training and development of new processes and clean-up projects.
