Job summary

Chiesi USA, a U.S. affiliate of the Chiesi Group, seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and ICT, elicit requirements, document processes, and oversee improvements across the system development lifecycle.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to drive optimization and ensure solutions align with strategic goals. This hybrid role in Cary, NC requires 3–5+ years in a similar role, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements from non-technical stakeholders and producing functional specs.
• Experience supporting application enhancements across full software development lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication, explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic liaison between business and ICT, documenting requirements and ensuring successful delivery across SDLC.
• Coordinate end-to-end project and enhancement delivery with internal teams, vendors, and business resources.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate with leadership, and advocate for business needs within ICT strategy.
• Assist in evaluating value, complexity, cost, risk, and strategic alignment of initiatives.
