Job summary

DMA is seeking a Business Analyst to identify and document business needs, analyze processes, and support technology solutions that improve operations. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and aligned solutions.

This role supports projects from requirements gathering through testing and rollout. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in analytics/CS/business, 3+ years in business analysis, and solid knowledge of SDLC and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM).
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail.
• Experience with Jira, Visio, and other relevant tooling. Certification such as IIBA-ECBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the intake point for enhancement opportunities across processes, technology, and operations.
• Interview business owners and subject matter experts to understand current workflows and improvement areas.
• Elicit, translate, simplify, and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify challenges and recommend improvements.
• Assist in building business cases for new initiatives and influence stakeholder support.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and risk mitigation.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.
