You will own process mapping, requirements development, and cross-functional delivery while leveraging agile practices and AI-enabled tools to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, product ownership, or process improvement with a track record of delivering real improvements.
• Strong workshop facilitation, interviewing, and requirements-documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years in business analysis, product ownership/analysis, consulting, or process improvement.
• Familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or Jira.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Lean practices, comfortable operating within a scrum team.
• Comfort using AI and automation tools to boost speed and quality of work.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for simplifying complex information.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business challenges, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Document current and future-state processes through workflows and user journeys.
• Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and decision-ready options for IT and vendors.
• Connect improvement opportunities to measurable KPIs like cost, risk, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams to design and deliver outcome-driven solutions.
• Evaluate initiatives by weighing value, risk, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Run workshops and discovery sessions to align business and IT around shared goals.
• Support adoption efforts when new solutions roll out.
