You will use data analysis to identify needs, define and validate requirements, and evaluate solutions that meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/IT.
• 2+ years of related experience for Level 2; 5+ years for Level 3.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with stakeholder collaboration and process improvement.
• Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint and DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze moderately complex business processes and applications.
• Lead or support requirements activities with stakeholders.
• Collaborate to develop business cases and detailed requirements.
• Define scope documents and identify technical solutions.
• Present requirements to teams and facilitate solution options.
• Mentor less experienced analysts; contribute to BA practices.
• Leverage AI tools for requirements development while ensuring accuracy.
