Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, insurance license(s), and at least two years of industry experience. Strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Some travel may be necessary, with a hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant insurance industry experience.

• Strong client relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Assist clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing and claims.
• Support renewal processes and analyze coverage needs with the producer/AE.
• Prepare marketing information and coordinate renewal meetings with clients.
