Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required.
• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license(s) required.
• Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive client service plan for all assigned accounts.
• Coordinate internal/external activities for renewals and new accounts.
• Seek cross-sell opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage.
• Lead marketing of accounts and manage renewal processes.
• Prepare marketing information and present options to clients.
• Complete implementation processes and deliver forms to clients.
