Job summary

kp is seeking 2 Business Development Specialists to proactively identify and engage potential customers within targeted market segments. Through outbound calling, email outreach, social selling, and lead qualification activities, you will create interest in KP's solutions and convert Suspects into Qualified Prospects for the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of outbound sales, business development, lead generation or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate lists of Suspects in targeted segments with Product/Marketing input.
• Filter and qualify incoming leads from websites/events to move to Qualified Suspect.
• Extract information to identify decision makers and buying criteria.
• Assign Qualified Prospects to Account Managers with all relevant data.
• Own follow-up and lead management once assigned.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Initiate conversations to communicate KP's value proposition.
• Nurture engagement into qualified sales opportunities and drive conversions.
• Engage decision-makers, uncover needs, and map KP solutions.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and meet activity/lead targets.
