Job summary

PEG, LLC in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, manage relationships, and shape PEG’s market strategy. The role allows a hybrid schedule after a 90-day review, with some travel to events.

Responsibilities include expanding services with current clients, developing onboarding programs, and leading social media campaigns. A 3–5 year background in business development and a related bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional business development, sales, and marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Expand PEG’s services with existing customers and key stakeholders.
• Support sales/marketing structure, relationships, communications and responsibilities.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to generate client interest.
• Prepare client onboarding and training for new accounts.
• Prospect for new clients and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Attend industry events and present PEG’s services to potential clients.
