You will elicit, document, and prioritize GP Web/Mobile requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and UX teams to ensure clear user stories and data mappings. You will drive communications within agile pods, identify improvements to customer experience, and manage data dictionaries and integration points across

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years of duties related).
• Ability to define problems, analyze complex information, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document GP Web/Mobile requirements: planning, prioritization, scope, effort estimations, traceability.
• Consult with stakeholders to elicit complex business issues and capture needs.
• Partner with UX resources to document requirements reflecting best-in-class user experiences.
• Drive consistent communication with agile pod and peer teams.
• Identify improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Act as liaison between Business and IT to clarify user stories and requirements.
