Job summary

Website Solutions USA Inc. in Salem, OR, is seeking a Business Analyst to support DOJ modernization initiatives.

You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, conduct interviews and workshops, and translate stakeholder needs into process diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications. You will develop current and future state process maps, maintain traceability, support UAT testing, and assist with training materials and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale modernization initiatives.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience creating process maps, user stories, business rules, SOPs, and functional documentation.
• Experience with UAT testing, test case preparation, and validation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with relational or cloud-based data platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security practices is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience with project/change management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for modernization initiatives.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and reviews to understand business needs.
• Translate requirements into process diagrams, user stories, and functional specs.
• Develop and maintain current/future state process maps, SOPs, and system documentation.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare UAT test cases and assist with testing and issue resolution.
• Support implementation activities and end-user training materials.
• Contribute to training sessions and user adoption processes.
• Collaborate with program staff, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Communicate technical concepts to business users.
