Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. JDE ERP Business Analyst for a top manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC.

This hybrid role will bridge business and technology teams to optimize ERP processes, focusing on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and critical value streams such as Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of business analysis experience, ERP know-how, and a track record of delivering improvements across ERP-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong Business Analysis experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical/IT teams.
• ERP application experience with strong knowledge of enterprise business processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, including BRDs and FRDs.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Business Analysis practices.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between functional business teams and technology teams.
• Analyze and optimize business processes and enterprise systems across assigned functional areas.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and develop BRDs and functional requirements.
