Job summary

NDX Human Capital Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst with strong JDE ERP expertise to partner with business and IT teams. You will help optimize processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report by translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities include gathering BRDs, mapping current and future processes, evaluating ROI, supporting UAT, and maintaining project artifacts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BA experience in relevant field
• Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel proficiency
• ITIL and BA practice knowledge
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical designs
• Develop BRDs and functional requirements documents
• Map current-state and future-state processes to identify improvements
• Evaluate solution options and ROI, and prioritize enhancements
• Support UAT, testing strategies and test scripts
• Maintain project artifacts: data models, data maps, and process documents
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business outcomes
