bioMerieux is offering a 6‑month hybrid internship focused on Business Analysis within the Third-Party Software team of Internal Software Products. You will support the use of SaaS applications, document plans, and help with data analysis and reporting while balancing system maintenance tasks.

The role emphasizes effective communication, technical writing, and the ability to explain concepts to non-technical users. Flexible scheduling accommodates class commitments and a 20-hour work week.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with 2+ years of college coursework.
• Pursuing a bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
• Previous internship experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document business and technical details for software, including backup/recovery and cybersecurity documents.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with business users to understand software applications and support needs.
• Identify, document and update system incidents with vendors and users to resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and support user adoption efforts.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
