You will join the Third-Party Software team in Internal Software Products, supporting SaaS applications, researching issues, documenting support plans, and collaborating with business users to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and some college coursework required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering preferred.
• Previous internship experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and document software support plans (backup, recovery, cybersecurity).
• Analyze business processes and propose improvements.
• Support use of third-party SaaS applications across the region.
